Can we continue these once pregnant?
Ultimate Multi for Women may be taken during pregnancy, however we recommend switching to Prenatal Trimester One as soon as pregnancy is confirmed to help reduce morning sickness. 
Men may continue the male formula as a general multivitamin if desired.
